About Me
Olivia pursued schooling to become a Registered Dietitian after struggling with her own eating disorder. Since then she has become passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food. She has worked in a variety of patient care settings including inpatient, rehab, oncology, and outpatient clinics. Olivia has additional interest working with clients on sports performance, GI conditions, and food-related challenges for neurodivergent individuals.
Olivia knows no two people have an identical lifestyle. She considers each person's circumstance while providing education and collaborating on goals to work on together. She believes anyone can have a healthy relationship with food with the proper support and is honored when clients choose to invite her on their journey towards food freedom.
Olivia graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship at Utah State University.
In her free time Olivia enjoys renovating her home, training for marathons and other endurance events, traveling to new places, and playing with her two dogs, Hoka and Cinder.
