About Me

Olivia's interest in nutrition started in college. She was a gymnast growing up and then was a cheerleading in college. Body image and nutrition were engrained from the start however this was not pursued for a career until graduate school. For these reasons she took an interest into sports nutrition and disordered eating. Olivia struggled with disordered eating and took an interest in how foods play a role in our bodies. She wanted to learn how to properly fuel her body. She became a dietitian and started out in inpatient hospital setting to gain experience and knowledge in general Medical Nutrition Therapy. From there she worked in outpatient setting for sports nutrition providing help to college athletes and adults. After having her own children she shifted her focus to pediatrics where she worked in a pediatric office. She obtained her CLC certification to work with breastfeeding dyads as well. In the pediatric office she helped babies with tube feeding, overweight/obesity in children along with eating disorders in teens and young adults. She has now transitioned into offering telehealth to reach more patients along with having the flexibility of working from home.

Olivia believes that nutrition has the power to truly change an individual. She enjoys helping her clients find their own path to heal their bodies and minds through proper nutrition. She looks forward to empowering you to fuel your body.

Olivia graduated with a Bachelor of Science from University of South Carolina and completed a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Winthrop University.

Olivia enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and children. They can be found on the ski slopes, hiking, camping or at a local playground.
