About Me

As a registered dietitian with an M.S. in Clinical Nutrition and nearly fifteen years’ experience, I have guided many clients in losing weight successfully and gaining much-needed energy through balanced nutrition. The path to success for my clients lies in tailoring nutrition plans to each client’s unique needs and goals, fueled by a commitment to understand them holistically. My unique approach is collaborative, focusing on small, achievable steps that lead to lasting changes that empower you to live a healthy, energetic life.

With extensive experience, advanced education, and a commitment to evidence-based practice, I provide comprehensive nutritional counseling across a wide range of conditions, including weight loss and management—particularly with the use of GLP-1 medications—digestive health (IBS/IBD), autoimmune conditions, anti-inflammatory nutrition, thyroid health, and prediabetes management.

My practice specializes in two areas of expertise: menopause and mental health. For women navigating the metabolic shifts of pre- and post-menopause, I provide tailored nutrition plans designed to balance essential nutrients in optimal ratios. Together, we’ll address stubborn belly fat, boost energy levels, and embrace this phase of life with renewed vitality and confidence.

I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to mental health nutrition, addressing the connection between diet, brain function, and emotional well-being. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, emotional eating, or the mental health challenges that often accompany hormonal changes, I provide personalized strategies to help you regain balance. By focusing on nutrient-dense foods, appropriate supplements, and lifestyle adjustments, I help empower clients to build sustainable habits that foster clarity and emotional stability.

Outside of my work as a dietitian, I enjoy creating new recipes and giving cherished family favorites a healthier twist, along with refining my gluten-free baking skills and developing baked goods that everyone can enjoy. My favorite times are spent outdoors hiking, camping, and staying active with my children and grandchildren, especially on our magical adventures together at Disney World.

As a mother of four children, and now four grandchildren, I have witnessed firsthand the impact of proper nutrition throughout the lifespan. My motto is that it is never too late to embark on a path toward optimal wellness. I am excited to guide you in achieving your goals, feeling your best, and thriving in your health journey!
