Rachel has a passion for helping individuals achieve their healthiest self through highly personalized food and nutrition coaching. With conflicting messages about health that are constantly flooding our daily lives, Rachel is here to provide you with evidence-based tools to help you stop dieting and start living!

Rachel carries a Master’s degree and specializes in nutrition through all years of life from pediatrics to geriatrics. She holds certifications in intuitive eating, lactation, and diabetes management. Rachel has deep roots in the disordered eating community. She is an expert in the treatment of individuals struggling with disordered eating, and emotional eating.

She views wellness from a holistic lens, understanding the importance of food as fuel, but also recognizes the importance of the enjoyment that comes with it.

She firmly believes that food is medicine and will always reach for holistic remedies that are sustainable, and practical.

Rachel combines her knowledge of the science of nutrition and experience in the nutrition field with direct, compassionate, and heartfelt care to help her clients realize the pleasures of living a whole life. CDCES: A Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist is a health professional who possesses comprehensive knowledge of and experience in diabetes prevention, prediabetes, and diabetes care and management.

IBCLC: An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant functions and contributes as a member of the maternal-child health team. They provide care by working together with mothers, families, policymakers and society, to provide expert breastfeeding and lactation care, promote changes that support breastfeeding and help reduce the risks of not breastfeeding.

Moderation 365 Certified: This is a Coaching Curriculum to facilitate giving people back their autonomy and helping them to truly trust themselves around any food any time, and focus on implementing intuitive eating principles.
