About Me
Rachel’s interest in nutrition sparked when she was playing soccer in high school. She learned very quickly how fueling impacted sports performance and could not wait to learn more. While completing her Undergraduate education, Rachel worked under the Registered Dietitians at Kansas State University where she was able to learn fueling and recovery strategies for various sports including Football, Soccer, Tennis, Baseball, and Golf. Rachel is also interested in nutrition because it has an impact on every person. She wants to help others feel confident and see eating as enjoyable instead of as a chore.
Rachel works primarily with college students who have food allergies. She helps them to become confident in their ability to find foods that do not contain their allergens, while simultaneously helping them learn how to advocate for themselves.
Rachel completed her internship and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Kansas State University in 2023.
Rachel is excited to help you achieve your nutrition goals, heal your relationship with food, learn the right fueling techniques for your specific sport, and anything else that comes up. She can’t wait to meet you!
