About Me

Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there.

That’s where I come in. As one of the few dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.

Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessions—it’s more like a partnership than a typical “diet plan.” Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress. The best part? It’s exciting and fun!

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.

Before you go, here are a few things about me:

Before working as a Dietitian Coach, I obtained both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Professional Studies in Nutritional Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University.

I was drawn to become a dietitian after my experience as an athlete and learning how valuable it is to have a healthy relationship with food and self while eating in a way that supports an active lifestyle. There are so many influences in our lives that can really negatively shape our thoughts and beliefs around food and nutrition and, ultimately, lead us down a restrictive path that does not serve our true health and well-being goals. I am very passionate about helping clients to customize their wellness vision and focus on health-promoting strategies that are truly evidence-based and most helpful on their unique wellness journey.

In addition to my coaching philosophy, I believe that food is more than just fuel - it also has cultural, social, traditional, and emotional importance in our daily lives. I practice from a Nutrition by Addition stance where I encourage clients to focus on what they can add and adjust to their plate rather than concentrating on elimination and restriction. I believe that all foods can fit into a healthy eating pattern and that food and eating should be an enjoyable part of life. Health is multifaceted and holistic approaches that consider all aspects are key to long-term, sustainable behavior change.

When I'm not helping my clients make their nutrition dreams a reality, I can be found curled up reading with one of my cats, planning my next local or international trip, or finding new fun ways to be active, like aerial arts.
