About

Hi, I'm Raphael!

Food has always been more than fuel โ€” it's culture, memory, and connection. That belief shapes how I work with every client. Nutrition, at its best, is practical and personal; it fits your life rather than asking you to fit into a rigid plan.

I work with people at all starting points โ€” whether you're managing a health condition, chasing a performance goal, or simply tired of not knowing what to eat. Many of the clients I see have spent years wading through conflicting advice. Together, we cut through the noise and build something realistic, grounded in evidence and adapted to your habits, preferences, and goals.

As a bilingual in English/Chinese (and some Hebrew) and an observant Orthodox Jew, I bring genuine understanding of how culture, language, and tradition shape our relationship with food. Whether you keep strictly kosher, follow specific cultural practices, or simply want a provider who gets it โ€” that context is always part of the conversation, never an afterthought.

Our first session is a conversation โ€” no judgment, no prescriptions on day one. We'll talk through where you are, what you've tried, and what matters most to you. From there, we build something that actually works for your day-to-day life.

Outside the office, I practice Pilates, keep a kosher kitchen, and share my home with two cats. I'm also a former marathon runner โ€” so if you're chasing a PR, I know exactly what that means.
