About

Becca's interest in nutrition started as a young athlete who grew up in the midst of prime diet culture. It was a constant yo-yo between bad nutrition advice. It was in high school when she met a dietitian that worked with division I athletes. Becca knew what her future held. She knew that our bodies are made to be fueled. During her undergrad time, she got to work 1-on-1 with DI college football players. She had found her passion to work 1-on-1 with clients. Becca graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western Kentucky University. She worked in a variety of areas such as rural community nutrition, WIC support, and clinical nutrition therapy.

Her formal training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight concerns and disease prevention/wellness for adult and pediatric patients. Becca has an additional passion for the areas of sports nutrition for both every-day athletes and those performing at high levels!

Becca believes that all people deserve access to nutritional care and practices with a whole-person, practical approach. She feels like a food-first approach can help clients develop habits for long lasting wellness when working with and without the help of medications.
