About Me

Becky started her nutrition journey after becoming a mom. She went back to school and received a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Kansas State University, and completed a dietary internship and Master's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Becky has worked in outpatient nutrition counseling, as well as hospital and nursing home settings.

Becky believes in cultivating a balanced lifestyle with plenty of time for joy and fun. In her free time Becky enjoys cooking and trying new recipes with her two teenage daughters. She enjoys hiking and strength training. Becky also loves music and plays fiddle in several local bluegrass bands.

Becky is passionate about body acceptance and caring for the body that we have. She gets excited about trying new things and looks forward to empowering with your own nutrition goals.
