About
I help women and teen girls overcome food and body image struggles through a psychology-based, non-weight-focused approach that builds body trust and peace. My passion for nutrition and dietetics stems from my own experiences—playing sports in high school without proper guidance left me struggling with food, body image, and overall well-being. Those challenges now fuel my work, guiding me to help others move from confusion and frustration around food toward a supportive, sustainable relationship with their bodies.
With over 10 years of experience in psychology, coaching, and teaching, combined with master’s-level research on body dissatisfaction and food perception, I approach nutrition through a whole-person lens. I focus on mindset first, because lasting change begins with how you think about food, your body, and yourself—not with weight loss. Together, we’ll break free from the diet cycle, rebuild trust with your body, and create flexible, realistic habits that support your energy, health, and life.
My approach is personalized, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based strategies from both psychology and nutrition. I prioritize intuitive eating, holistic health, and healing from disordered eating patterns—all in a compassionate, safe space where you can honor your body’s wisdom and thrive. My mission is to help you reconnect with food without guilt, step into your confidence, and nourish your body, mind, and spirit in a truly sustainable way.
