About Me

Rebekah is a registered dietitian with a lifelong passion for nutrition, first inspired by her mother, also a dietitian. Her professional journey began in the world of ballet, where she danced as a professional ballerina before a career-ending injury led her to pursue her academic and clinical path in nutrition. Rebekah earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics from Drexel University.

She currently works part-time in a bariatric and medical weight management outpatient clinic. Her areas of expertise include bariatric surgery, medical weight loss (GLP-1/GIP medications like Ozempic and Zepbound), general weight loss, post-bariatric and general pre- and post-natal nutrition, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, constipation and overall wellness.

Rebekah’s approach is both evidence-based and compassionate. She creates a safe, welcoming space where clients feel supported while receiving clear direction, achievable goals, and friendly, practical education. She’s passionate about helping people build sustainable habits that align with their lifestyle and values while maintaining a healthy relationship with food.

Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys life with her husband and two children. She loves cooking new recipes, browsing farmers markets, grocery shopping, and discovering fun new food products to share with her clients. She’s also a devoted Formula 1 fan (Team Hamilton!) and proudly supports the Philadelphia Eagles (Go Birds!).
