About Me

Rebekah found her way into the field of nutrition during her time at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her interest in nutrition grew as she witnessed the profound connection between nutrition, mental health and physical health. Completing her dietetic internship at Keene State College in New Hampshire, she was able to learn clinical applications of nutrition science to best support her clients and patients. Rebekah has 10+ years of experience in nutrition, working with a variety of populations to improve health and wellbeing including elderly adults, pregnant people, new parents, breast/chestfeeding parents, college students, and children. Rebekah understands often food can become a source of anxiety or frustration in our lives causing us to feel like we are fighting against ourselves for normalcy and health. But all diets and people are different. Your health and nutrition concerns are valid and you should never feel like you are doing this journey alone. Rebekah believes that collaboration and understanding personal stories with food can help promote food and dietary choices that are sustainable and work for you.
