Hi, I'm Reiko Haugh, MS, RDN, LD, a Registered Dietitian based in Florida. For the last 8 years, I have experience working with all ages from newborns to seniors in various setting such as diabetes, dialysis and food service (menu planning and recipe development). I offer a whole-foods, personalized approach to fit your unique lifestyle to help make healthy eating simple!

I earned my Master's degree from Bastyr University where I researched food preferences among generations, specifically focusing on Japanese-American individuals in the Seattle area. Furthermore, my strong food service management background ensures I understand the practicalities of menu planning and recipe development, translating complex nutritional guidelines into delicious, accessible meals. My clinical experience in diabetes and dialysis has equipped me with a deep understanding of managing complex health conditions through nutrition, while my work with diverse age groups has honed my ability to tailor recommendations to individual needs and preferences.
