About
I'm here to help you plant the seeds of wellness so you can flourish, nourish, and grow. My commitment is to guide you and your family toward becoming your best selves, whether your goal is to eat healthier or simply feel better. I believe in a non-diet approach, and I'm dedicated to meeting you exactly where you are on your unique journey.
I bring 15 years of experience as a clinical dietitian, including time spent in a community hospital as part of an integrated healthcare team and advocating for community wellness programs. I specialized in out-patient oncology nutrition in the latter part of my community hospital career.
As a mother of four, I have most recently enjoyed working with families, kids, and teens through a virtual nutrition practice. I'm particularly inspired by the opportunity to equip the next generation with the knowledge and skills they need for a lifetime of health and wellness.
My passion for learning drives my interest in Nutrigenomics, Functional and Culinary Nutrition as well as Family and Pediatric Wellness. I'm also actively involved in our community, volunteering at our local soup kitchen and in our parish faith formation program.
What truly inspires me most is planting, nurturing, and growing deep roots, whether in our garden or around our family table. My husband and I are blessed with four well nourished "PEAS" in our pod, and we very much cherish our mealtimes together gathered around our family table.
