About Me

Robin Reynolds’ interest in nutrition began with a deep curiosity about how food impacts both physical and emotional well-being. After being diagnosed with lupus, she experienced firsthand the power of nutrition in managing her own health. Through dietary and lifestyle changes, she was able to support her body and improve her well-being, fueling her passion for helping others do the same. With over 22 years of experience, she has worked in clinical nutrition, transplant nutrition, private practice, and functional medicine, guiding individuals through complex health challenges with a compassionate and integrative approach.

Robin’s training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a variety of conditions, including gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular health, and chronic kidney disease, as well as those seeking wellness and disease prevention. She has a particular passion for integrative and functional medicine, focusing on uncovering root causes rather than just treating symptoms. She believes that food is medicine and enjoys helping clients use nutrition to heal both their body and spirit.

Robin believes that all people deserve compassionate, individualized nutritional care and practices with an open-minded, science-based approach. She listens, believes her clients’ experiences, and works alongside them to create realistic, sustainable changes. She finds joy in helping every client find their unique path to better health.

Robin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Central Arkansas and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She holds certifications as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT), with additional training in functional medicine.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys cooking, antiquing, and exploring the outdoors. She also loves teaching and mentoring future dietitians, helping them build fulfilling careers in nutrition. Robin cherishes spending time with her husband, Britt, and their son, Alex, along with their furry kids, Willie and Rudy America. She has a deep love for reading and finds joy in educating others, always eager to share her knowledge and passion for nutrition.
