Hi, I’m Ryoko Grace, a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from California State University, Long Beach. With four years of experience in clinical nutrition at Glendale Memorial Hospital, St. Frances Medical Center, and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. I have worked mainly with ICU patients and a wide range of clients, including those with TPN/TF support, diabetes, cancer, kidney, and liver disease.

I’m passionate about helping people improve their health or boost their energy, especially in their gut health, by choosing appropriate foods, such as a low FODMAP diet, which is a temporary elimination of trigger foods.

My nutrition philosophy is to enjoy your diet and have fun with your diet plan. Also, combining science with a client-centered approach by setting a realistic, simple, and achievable goal in the long term. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
