About Me

Samantha's interest in nutrition started due to the prevalence of chronic illnesses in her family. Several close family members had chronic medical conditions, with no access to guidance for nutrition. This sparked an interest in healthcare accessibility and nutrition education. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes and prediabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, chronic kidney disease or end-stage renal disease. Samantha is passionate about disease prevention and wellness. She is a marathon runner and triathlete, and is passionate about providing guidance for nutrition to athletes.

Samantha believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a non judgmental approach. She feels that everyone's health and wellness journey is unique, and she will meet you where you are. She enjoys helping every client find what fits into their lifestyle.

Samantha graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and completed a Master’s Degree from Auburn University.

Samantha enjoys spending time with her son, Max, dog, Winnie, and cat, Marlo. She is an avid runner, swimmer, and reader. She enjoys baking and trying new restaurants.
