About Me
Sandi’s passion for nutrition began at a young age while learning to bake and alter recipes for medical conditions with her grandmother. This sparked her passion for food, the nourishment it provides and its ability to bring people together. During her high school years, she was a talented athlete and this ignited a desire to understand how food affects the body and performance.
Sandi’s training in Medical Nutrition Therapy, with a strong clinical background in a wide variety of medical conditions. Her passion for preventative health and nourishing the whole body well, led her to specializing in eating disorder care and sports performance.
She possesses a strong desire for educating others on how to properly nourish their bodies, improve their overall health and develop a positive relationship with food. Functional and Integrative Nutrition as well as Intuitive Eating principals are main focuses of Sandi’s nutritional philosophy.
Her focal point as a dietitian is to empower individuals by providing evidence-based education, guidance and support. In session, she provides clients with nutrition education, in conjunction with structured eating plans, consistent support and practical ways to release mental and emotional eating patterns for food freedom. Sandi aims to ensure clients have the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their individual health journey so they may live meaningful, nourished lives.
