About Me

Lily’s interest in nutrition started in grade school, when her sister was diagnosed with cancer. Food became a source of joy and healing for her family, and she pursued a career in dietetics to create that positive impact in other people’s lives. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, kidney disease, and disease prevention/wellness. Lily has additional passion for the areas of cancer support and prevention, having spent much of her clinical experience working amongst this population.

Lily believes that all people deserve nutritional care and follows an empathetic, practical type approach. She feels everyone is capable of making small, reasonable changes to their lifestyle that result in long-term health benefits.

Lily graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Texas A&M University and also completed a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Texas A&M University (Whoop!). She completed her dietetic internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.

Lily enjoys reading fantasy and contemporary romance novels, watching Formula 1 races, and playing Pickleball with her husband. She is always in the kitchen working on a new recipe or baking delicious treats.
