For the last twenty years, I have loved teaching clients how their bodies work and how simple nutrition changes can make a real difference—especially for those managing chronic conditions or digestive issues.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m cheering on my kids at their sporting events, practicing Pilates, or traveling with my family. I’d love to partner with you on your journey to better health and a more positive relationship with food.
