About Me
Nutrition is a part of every person’s life and plays a vital role in physical and mental health. As a career dietitian, Sarah is passionate about supporting individuals in their journey towards improved well-being .
For 13 years, she has been blessed to work with both children and adults as they implement healthy habits into their daily lives. For the majority of her career, she had the opportunity to work at the Arkansas Children's hospital (ACH). During her time at ACH, Sarah held diverse roles, helping families establish an understanding of their child’s overall health through individualized nutrition counseling, family dietary support and motivational interviewing. Through her work with ACH, she personally developed a passion for helping clients identify and maintain their overall health goals – improving the relationships that they had with food as well as their bodies. Since her time at ACH she has continued to support individuals in cultivating healthier relationships with food and body image. Sarah's goal is to educate each person she works with on the importance of nutritious living and body acceptance. She desires to see all of her client’s take these lessons and implement them into a lifetime of results.
Sarah is a mom to two younger children so she understands a busy life as a parent looking to make health a priority. Additionally she understands the struggles that can come from trying to work healthy eating in to a family with younger kids who can be a bit more picky than usual. She is passionate about helping everyone find a way to make healthy habits stick.
