About Me
Sarah’s interest in nutrition began in 2017 when feeling unfulfilled in education, she took a part-time job at a local gym. After two years of helping members with exercise and goal setting, she realized that many lacked a solid understanding of nutrition, which often hindered their progress. This realization sparked her passion for nutrition and inspired her to pursue a career in the field.
Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy equips her to support clients managing a range of conditions, including weight management, cardiovascular health, and disease prevention. As a new mom herself, Sarah has a special passion for helping other mothers navigate nutrition during the postpartum phase, build sustainable habits, and regain confidence while enjoying the foods and moments they love.
Sarah believes in a practical, approachable style of care, meeting clients where they are and guiding them toward personalized, sustainable goals. She emphasizes food freedom, helping clients build a positive relationship with eating while finding joy in their nutrition journey.
Sarah completed the didactic program in dietetics at Immaculata University and her dietetic internship with Morrison Healthcare.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys cooking, working out, writing poetry, and spending time with her family—including her husband, infant child, two energetic pit bulls, and four barn cats. Born profoundly deaf, Sarah wears two cochlear implants, which she considers an important part of her story and her ability to connect with others in a meaningful way.
