About Me
Sarah is a registered dietitian and certified strength coach with an emphasis on sport and performance nutrition. She started her own nutrition journey when her grandparents’ health started declining, and she wanted to help by providing them healthy, calorie-dense meals to regain their strength and functionality. Two degrees later, Sarah realized she loved working with individuals in fitness centers, guiding them to better health with nutrition and fitness recommendations.
With a breadth of experience spanning WIC and public health clinics, in-patient care, and multiple fitness facilities, Sarah has found her passion in preventative care. Her mission is to provide evidence-based care emphasizing practical, attainable lifestyle changes, and a holistic approach to health. This may look like discussing sleep strategies, working on mindful eating approaches, or finding easy recipes that fit your busy lifestyle.
Sarah has experience working with children, adults, and college and tactical athletes. Her recommendations are individualized to you!
