About

Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there. That’s where I come in. As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weeks of weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you. Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessions—it’s more like a partnership than a typical “diet plan.” Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress. The best part? It’s exciting and fun! If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.

Before becoming a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition Science from the University of Illinois Chicago. I then completed my dietetic internship across a variety of settings throughout the Chicagoland area, gaining hands-on experience working with diverse populations and providing nutrition care in both clinical and community settings.

I take a compassionate and individualized approach to care, grounded in the understanding that nutrition goes beyond what’s on your plate. It also includes how you feel about food, how you feel in your body, and how those experiences show up in your daily life. My work is rooted in creating a space where people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences feel welcomed and supported. I recognize that health is shaped by many factors, including stress, mental health, culture, access to food, budget, and time, and I keep all of this in mind to provide care that feels realistic and tailored to you.

As your Dietitian Coach, my goal is to help you build confidence in making informed choices that align with your values and health goals by providing support, evidence-based education, and practical tools.

Outside of sessions, I love exploring my hometown of Chicago! I’ve always been creative at heart, which is part of what fuels my passion for food. Cooking is one of my favorite forms of self-expression, along with graphic design and content creation. On warmer days, you can find me at the park with a good book, soaking up the sunshine.
