About

Shawn is a Registered Dietitian who believes that good nutrition is the foundation of a vibrant, energized life. She recognizes that every individual and family has unique needs, and she takes a personalized, compassionate approach to help clients make sustainable, meaningful lifestyle changes. Her goal is to be a supportive teammate, someone who listens, empowers, and helps clients identify the most impactful steps toward better health.

Shawn provides Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) across the lifespan, working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. She partners closely with parents and children to foster healthy, positive relationships with food, even when dietary restrictions are required. Shawn has specialized training in renal nutrition and inborn errors of metabolism (IEM) and particularly enjoys helping families build healthy habits together. Whether navigating a new diagnosis or working toward long-term household nutrition goals, Shawn brings both clinical expertise and genuine care to every client relationship.

Shawn earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Rutgers University’s School of Environmental and Biological Sciences and her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Drexel University’s College of Nursing and Health Professions.

Outside of work, Shawn enjoys experimenting with veggie-packed recipes for her kids, training for long-distance runs, and exploring local botanical gardens with her family. She brings the same creativity, balance, and enthusiasm into her practice as she does into her everyday life.
