With more than 30 years of experience across diverse nutrition settings, I now specialize in telehealth, offering personalized, lifestyle-centered care that meets you where you are—without rigid rules, shame, or one-size-fits-all plans.

My areas of focus include diabetes care and prevention, insulin resistance, weight management, emotional eating, and women’s health, with a special passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. I help you understand how shifting hormones affect weight, energy, mood, cravings, and metabolic health—and, more importantly, how to work with your body using practical, sustainable strategies. Education and empowerment are central to my approach so you feel confident and informed, not confused or overwhelmed.

I blend evidence-based nutrition, motivational coaching, and mindful self-care, always focusing on nourishment—not restriction. I take a whole-person perspective, looking at food, movement, sleep, stress, mindset, and daily routines to create realistic plans tailored to your hormone patterns, blood sugar trends, preferences, culture, and lifestyle. Together, we build habits that improve labs, boost energy, enhance strength, and support long-term health.

As a recreational runner, I also love helping clients fuel for endurance training, recovery, and race day performance. I’m committed to inclusive, affirming care and warmly welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, empowered, and capable of becoming your own best health advocate.
