Sophia Jones

Hi! My name is Sophia Jones and I am a Registered Dietitian based in Manhattan, Kansas. I graduated from the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at Kansas State University (Go Cats!) in 2017 and have now planted roots here. I have worked in clinical inpatient, rehabilitation and outpatient settings as a dietitian. My passion is truly helping clients say goodbye forever to diet culture and walk forward in food freedom. You can expect me to be your number one support as we work through untangling myths about nutrition and replacing unhelpful thoughts about food and your body with constructive ones in the recovery process. It is my greatest joy to get to know my clients on a deep level and learn from each other as we journey on this wild path we call life.
