About

Hi! My name is Stephanie, I am a Masters level Registered Dietitian practicing since 2018. As a board certified RD, my mission has always been clear: to guide you in transforming through nutrition. Many of the people I work with don’t always see themselves in traditional eating disorder spaces, but they know their relationship with food feels stressful, exhausting, or confusing. If you’ve spent years cycling through diets, worrying about your weight, or feeling guilty around food, you’re not alone.

I earned my Master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Saint Joseph, graduating with honors, and I provide evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy grounded in both clinical expertise and compassion. Over time, I’ve seen how often well-intentioned nutrition advice can actually create more rigidity, guilt, and burnout, especially for people navigating disordered eating patterns.

My approach is non-restrictive, weight-inclusive, and highly individualized. I help clients reduce food rules, rebuild trust with their bodies, and create sustainable eating habits that support health without extremes or all-or-nothing thinking. I meet you where you are, focusing on realistic, steady changes that support long-term well-being rather than quick fixes.

Outside of my work as a dietitian, I’m a person who values balance and connection in my own life, too. You’ll often find me enjoying a really good cup of coffee with friends, going on long walks with my dog, spending time with my husband, lifting weights, or getting lost in a good book. These parts of my life shape how I practice, as I believe health should support your life, not take it over.

My goal is for you to feel more at ease around food, more confident in your choices, and supported in a way that truly fits your life. If you’re looking for compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care that moves away from extremes and toward sustainability, I’d love to work together.
