Hi there! I’m Stephanie Sust, a Registered Dietitian with a master's degree from the University of Alabama. Having moved from California to Illinois, I have a unique perspective of different lifestyles. My journey into nutrition began as a child where I enjoyed nerding out about food. Soon after, this developed into a deep passion for helping others build healthier habits. I believe that small changes over time lead to the greatest chance for success.

I primarily work with clients who want to lose weight, improve their food choices, and take control of their blood sugar and blood pressure. I have lots of experience with low-income individuals and know how to eat healthy on a budget. Many of the individuals I support come to me feeling overwhelmed by conflicting information about nutrition. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and goals, making healthy eating both manageable and enjoyable.

My specialties include heart health, weight management, and prediabetes management. My approach is warm and friendly, emphasizing collaboration and motivation. In our early sessions, we’ll focus on clarifying your goals, exploring your relationship with food, and identifying simple changes that can lead to long-lasting habits. Over time, you can expect to see improved energy levels, greater confidence in making food choices, and a sense of empowerment in managing your health.

When I'm not working, I enjoy playing with my dog and exploring new restaurants.
