Susie Kice

Susie is a dedicated Registered Dietitian specializing in the management of Digestive Disorders, Oncology, Nutrition Support Therapy, and other chronic conditions. Susie combines evidence-based practice with individualized recommendations to develop nutritional interventions that not only address symptom management but also aim to enhance overall quality of life. Her approach is grounded in the latest research and designed to empower patients to want to take control of their health. With her extensive knowledge and empathetic approach, she helps her patients manage the complexities of their chronic conditions with confidence and resilience.

After completing her Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics at James Madison University, Susie was matched to the James J. Peters VA Medical Center Dietetic Internship. This highly competitive program takes a total of seven students each year and is completed in conjunction with a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at New York University. Susie completed these two programs together in 18 months and became a Registered Dietitian soon after. Currently, Susie is practicing as an inpatient clinical dietitian at a major New York City hospital. In addition to her experience with inpatient work, she is committed to fostering a supportive environment where her patients feel heard and understood, building a genuine connection with each and every patient she gets the chance to see.
