About

Talia’s interest in nutrition started at a young age in the kitchen, making homemade recipes with her parents. Throughout her nutrition career, she has enjoyed bridging the gap between the health and culinary aspects of food.

Talia works with adults 18 years and older and has experience providing evidence-based nutrition care for a wide range of medical conditions. Her primary areas of interest include mental health nutrition, ADHD and neurodivergence, disordered eating, emotional eating, women's health, and gastrointestinal health.

Talia practices from a HAES-informed perspective and believes nutrition care should be collaborative rather than prescriptive. She understands that food is more than fuel — it is also a source of connection, culture, celebration, comfort, and joy. Rather than focusing on perfection, she partners with clients to better understand their bodies and build sustainable habits. Drawing on her background as a retail dietitian, she also enjoys helping clients discover simple, budget-friendly meal ideas that fit their schedules, preferences, and lifestyles.

Talia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Penn State University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Outside of work, Talia enjoys baking, reading, dancing, exploring new restaurants, running, and watching baseball.
