About Me

Tami's nutrition career began twenty years ago with a passion for understanding more about the science behind mindfulness and mindful eating after being diagnosed with hormone imbalance at 18. As a yoga instructor, athlete, and girl-mom her interest in increasing awareness around women's health and the role that nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset have in managing PMS, PCOS, and perimenopause blossomed.

She's dedicated her career to holding space for women who want to prioritize their health goals while enjoying all foods, living full lives, and achieving as many symptom free days as possible. Most recently earning certification as an Ayurveda Health Coach, she guides her clients through all aspects of wellness to reach their goals. Incorporating mindfulness, movement, and food as medicine guidance with a Master's in Nutrition Science, giving clients a holistic treatment approach.

Tami's passion is in helping women feel empowered to be the best version of themselves by addressing often overlooked symptoms of digestive issues, PCOS, PMDD, and perimenopause through science backed nutrition and lifestyle protocols.
