About

Taylor Forsmark’s interest in nutrition started when she realized how much the foods we eat — and the way we live — impact how we feel day to day. After navigating her own struggles with energy, mood, and weight fluctuations, she became passionate about helping other women uncover the root causes of their symptoms instead of settling for quick fixes or generic advice.

Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a variety of conditions including hormonal imbalances, metabolic dysfunction, thyroid disorders, and digestive concerns, as well as general wellness and disease prevention. Taylor has a particular passion for women’s hormone health and functional nutrition, blending science and practicality to help her clients understand their bodies, heal their metabolism, and feel confident in their skin again.

Taylor believes that every woman deserves personalized, compassionate nutrition care that honors both her biology and her lifestyle. She practices with a root-cause, food-first approach, focusing on balance over restriction. She enjoys helping every client find her own version of food freedom — one that supports lasting energy, better moods, and a body that feels like home again.

Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Nevada, Reno and completed her Master’s Degree in Dietetics at Arizona State University.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys Pilates, yummy lattes, walks, camping, creating hormone-friendly recipes, and spending time with her family.
