About Me

Taylor Foster, MPH, RD/LD is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian/ Licensed Dietitian. She completed her Master-Level Internship at Youngstown State University in collaboration with the Consortium of Northeastern Ohio Medicine (NEOMED), through the Dietetics Future Model Program. This program is one of few that were recently introduced nationwide. This program combines a Master Level Internship requiring extensive practice hours alongside the completion of a master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition.

During graduate school, Taylor was inducted in the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi as a scholar in academic performance, recognizing her within the top 7% of all students at her university. She is an expert in medical nutrition therapy in inpatient, outpatient, long term care, community, and sports focused settings. While in graduate school, Taylor gained significant experience in public health working with various groups, individuals, and populations with diverse backgrounds. Her specialty areas of practice are general adult nutrition, weight loss/gain, diabetes management, cardiovascular disorders, sports nutrition, eating disorders, pediatric nutrition, renal disorders, geriatric nutrition, and gastrointestinal disorders.

Taylor specializes in intuitive eating. She STRONGLY believes everyone is different and beautiful utilizing a “Health at Every Size” approach. She has access to a variety of resources with evidence-based nutrition science at the heart of her interventions and nutrition care. Reaching past goals, she will work to develop ways to evaluate those goals. She wants you to see your PROGRESS with metrics to measure the outcomes of care.

Taylor became an RD to help others understand and improve their relationship with food. Debunking a society filled with fad diets, Taylor will work with you to find a routine and plan that is safe, effective, realistic, and unique to your wants and needs.
