About Me

Taylor's academic career began with a degree in neuroscience, where she studied the research behind successful human behavior change. She then combined this with a graduate degree in nutrition and to help her patients make changes for better health in the context of every day life.

Taylor strongly believes that "real life" is exactly what is missing from popular fad diets. Traditional approaches to weight loss simply don't account for busy schedules, family obligations, and social values. There is no one-size-fits all approach when it comes to healthy weight management. And the secret to success is enjoying the process of reaching your goals!

When Taylor is not working with her clients face-to-face or developing new recipes for social media, she enjoys hiking with her shepherd mix puppy, snowboarding, mountain biking, and exploring local restaurants. Her favorite food is peanut butter and rarely goes a day without a spoonful or two.
