About

Dr. Tes Jordens is a double board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine with a passion for helping patients improve their health through sustainable, individualized weight care.

She believes that weight management is about much more than the number on the scale. Her approach focuses on understanding the whole person, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, medical history, medications, hormones, and lifestyle factors that may influence health and weight.

Dr. Jordens works collaboratively with patients to develop realistic treatment plans that fit their lives and goals. She enjoys helping patients understand the science behind weight regulation and empowering them to make informed decisions about their care. While she frequently utilizes medications, including GLP-1 therapies when appropriate, she views them as one tool within a comprehensive approach to long-term health.

She has a particular interest in women’s health and the metabolic changes that can occur during midlife, and she is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients feel their best.
