About

With more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I bring both clinical expertise and a compassionate, realistic approach to nutrition care. I am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and earned my Master of Science in Nutrition from New York University. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, supporting individuals with diabetes management, weight management and bariatric care, heart health, and overall wellness. I’ve also taught college nutrition courses, healthy cooking classes, and even spent some time as a personal trainer.

My interest in nutrition started at home. Growing up, my mom encouraged us to try all kinds of foods — fresh vegetables from her garden, cultural dishes, everyday meals, and fun treats too. She taught me that healthy eating should feel balanced, enjoyable, and connected to real life, which continues to shape my approach today.

I believe nutrition is about more than numbers alone. While science matters, sustainable health also includes flexibility, satisfaction, and understanding the emotional side of eating. Together, we can work on practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies that support your health goals while still fitting your real life, schedule, preferences, and traditions.

Clients often describe me as empathetic, approachable, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make choices that feel both realistic and sustainable.

Originally from Queens, NY I now live in Massachusetts with my husband, three daughters, and our cat and dog. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, tennis, skiing, walking, and carrying on my mom’s tradition of gardening — especially growing tomatoes. I’ve also completed the New York City Marathon twice (slowly, but proudly!).
