About

Theresa's interest in nutrition began at a young age when her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. With no genetic or family history, Theresa felt strongly that her mother’s diet, lifestyle habits, and exposure to environmental toxins played a role in her diagnosis. This life-changing experience fueled her passion to understand the connection between nutrition, disease prevention, and whole-person wellness. Her training as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach allows her to support clients with a wide variety of conditions, including hormonal imbalances, insulin resistance, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, low testosterone, and digestive issues. Theresa has a special focus in helping men improve their eating habits so they can lose weight, reduce belly fat, gain muscle, boost energy, and increase testosterone naturally. She also helps women overcome emotional eating, eliminate sugar cravings, and reach their goal weight without guilt or restrictive dieting.

Theresa has specialized expertise in helping women with endometriosis and PCOS, having personally struggled with these conditions for many years. Fortunately, she was able to reverse them through targeted diet and lifestyle changes. Overall, she empowers both men and women to take control of their health through sustainable, root-cause solutions that support long-term well-being.

As your dietitian, you can expect a personalized, non-diet approach that supports lasting change without restriction, food rules, or guilt. I’ll help you nourish your body with real, whole foods by focusing on nutrients, not numbers or counting calories, while still including your favorite foods. I specialize in mindful and intuitive eating, emotional eating support, and helping you reconnect with your body’s natural cues to know when, what, and how much to eat. Through empathetic listening, a non-judgmental approach, and solution-oriented coaching, I’m here to guide you in building lifelong habits that align with your goals, values, and lifestyle so you can feel good in your body again and extend your life for years to come.

Theresa is an experienced professional in the field of health and nutrition. She has attended multiple universities in the state of Texas where she obtained her two bachelor’s degrees: Corporate Communications and Nutrition & Dietetics. She completed her dietetic residency in the state of Pennsylvania where she is now a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist.

To further her education, she studied at the Nutrition School where she became Nutritious Life Certified. She also completed a health coaching program at the Institute of Transformational Nutrition where she earned her certification as a Transformational Nutrition Coach.

When she’s not working, you can find her trying out a new online workout, cooking a healthy recipe, spending time with her son, or planning her next travel adventure. She's also on a Latin dance team and teaches yoga and pilates at her dance studio.
