About

Valerie is a holistic Registered Dietitian and yoga teacher specializing in sports performance nutrition, gut health, culinary nutrition, and mindful fueling for athletes and active adults. She helps clients feel stronger, more energized, and more confident in their bodies through practical, weight-inclusive strategies that prioritize performance, recovery, and overall well-being. Valerie also supports individuals using GLP-1s, ensuring safe and effective fueling that aligns with training and daily life.

Her approach blends evidence-based sports nutrition with mindfulness, stress reduction, and individualized support—guiding clients toward sustainable habits rather than rigid rules. She works with young athletes, recreational athletes, and active adults looking to improve strength, energy, digestion, and their relationship with food.

Valerie’s perspective is shaped by her international experiences studying culinary and food science in Cinque Terre, Italy, and living in Australia for two years. She brings a culturally-aware, flexible, and creative lens to personalized nutrition.

She holds a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and Behavioral Health and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University. Her background in behavioral health supports her compassionate, whole-person approach.

Outside of her work, Valerie loves dancing, teaching yoga, running 10Ks, exploring new countries, and spending time with cats.

Her mission is to help athletes and active adults fuel smarter, feel better, and thrive—on and off the field—through personalized, holistic performance nutrition.
