About Me

Wan Na is a licensed registered dietitian, nutrition writer, food blogger, and certified personal trainer. She is born and raised in New York City but recently moved to Indianapolis, Indiana and lives with her husband.

As a public health dietitian, Wan Na focuses on using personalized nutrition and physical activity to prevent chronic diseases and conditions. Her approach to wellness is to keep it simple and choose healthy habits that work for you. Her food blog, One Pot Wellness, has nutrient-forward recipes that are flavorful, easy, and nutritious for the busy working professional.

In her spare time, Wan Na likes to try new restaurants, go on long walks, swim, and listen to podcasts. She is also a personal trainer and teaches people how to enjoy moving their bodies. Wan Na is currently obsessed with: peanut butter, corgis, and mug cakes.
