About Me
Xyomara Beltran, RDN, MA, CHES, LDN, MBA, CPC, CFNIP is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 23 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Professional Coach. She received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech and completed her Dietetic Internship at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Additionally, she completed a Master of Arts in Health Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Healthcare Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Miami. She is a Certified Health Educator Specialist (CHES), Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional (CFNIP).
Xyomara is developing her knowledge in Functional Medicine to become a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP). Xyomara’s private sessions will help clients experience an increased awareness of behavioral patterns that get in the way of their health goals. She believes in the power of practicing mindfulness and intuitive eating as tools to improve her client’s relationship with food, increase awareness around eating and as a way to avoid feelings of guilt when eating foods they enjoy. Xyomara became a dietitian to help her clients feel empowered to achieve their health goals, improve their relationship with food, and live more fulfilling lives.
