I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. I have provided client-centered care at the residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels using a weight-inclusive, anti-diet, and mindfulness-based approach to support nutritional and medical stabilization in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. I’ve worked with both adolescents and adults in clinical and virtual settings and bring a diverse background in coaching, culinary wellness, and body image support to my practice. I’m also a Certified Co-Active Coach and passionate advocate for Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size®, committed to fostering healing relationships with food and body through compassionate, evidence-informed care.
