About

Hi, I’m Yoko, a dietitian with a passion for helping individuals feel vibrant, balanced, and in tune with their bodies. I specialize in holistic & integrative nutrition, with a focus on intuitive eating, women’s health, hormone balance, metabolic longevity, weight loss, heart health, and pre/postnatal care. I became a RD because I’ve seen firsthand how food can be a source of both healing and disconnection. After overcoming my own health challenges, I knew I wanted to help others rebuild their relationship with nourishment—not just through food, but through how they care for themselves on every level. I earned my degrees in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Florida and the University of North Florida. I have years of experience in both clinical and community settings, including leading a WIC program and running my own private practice. My approach integrates modern science with timeless wisdom—from nutrigenomics to herbal medicine—so your care is as comprehensive as it is empowering.

Whether you're navigating a confusing healthcare system, overwhelmed by all the supplements on the market, struggling with fatigue, PMS, weight concerns, postpartum depletion, or just want to age well and feel energized, I’m here to offer evidence-based strategies that help you gain clarity and support your whole self—mind, body, and spirit. My ideal client is a woman who is ready to take ownership of her health and is seeking more than a quick fix. She’s curious about how food, lifestyle, and deeper patterns affect her well-being, and she's open to blending science with holistic approaches. She may be navigating hormonal imbalances, blood sugar concerns, weight changes, or simply wants to feel more energized and aligned. She values a “food as medicine” approach and is drawn to integrative care that honors both modern research and ancient wisdom. She's looking for a guide who can offer grounded, personalized support rooted in empathy, insight, and evidence.

If this sounds like you, I’d love to connect—reach out to schedule an appointment and take the first step toward feeling nourished, aligned, and empowered in your health journey.
