About Me
Aileen’s interest in nutrition began during her years as a student-athlete, when she experienced firsthand how food could impact energy, focus, and overall well-being. This early connection between food and performance grew into a deeper curiosity about how nutrition shapes both physical and emotional health. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a passion for supporting others in their healing journeys with food.
Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a wide range of concerns, including disordered eating among teens and adult, women's health, digestive conditions, and chronic illnesses. Aileen also emphasizes prevention and whole-person wellness, helping clients build sustainable habits that support their long-term health, not just treat symptoms.
Aileen has a particular passion for working with adolescents and young adults in eating disorder recovery. She creates a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to rebuild their relationship with food. Her multicultural upbringing deeply informs her inclusive, culturally sensitive approach to care. She believes that food is not only nourishment, but also identity, comfort, and connection.
Whether she’s supporting someone through recovery or helping an athlete fuel their performance without obsession, Aileen is committed to making nutrition approachable, sustainable, and personalized to each client’s unique story.
