Alex is a passionate, caring, empathetic dietitian that works with children and adults focusing on creating a better relationship with the mind, body, and food. Alex specializes in intuitive eating and hopes to earn her certificate in eating disorders, a topic that is personal to her life as well. With her work in acute care, Alex also educates individuals on diabetes management, those with GI concerns, heart disease, and more. My mission is to create a trusting, non-judgmental environment where people feel comfortable sharing their concerns and modifying their lifestyles for a better future.
