Hi there! I’m Ali Cherubini, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition and a Bachelor's in Psychology. My path into this field began after I noticed meaningful improvements in my mental health through changes in my diet. This experience sparked a deep interest in the connection between nutrition and mental well-being, leading me to return to school. I believe that nourishing our bodies can have a profound impact on our overall well-being, and I’m here to help you discover that connection for yourself.

I work with individuals who are looking to redefine their relationship with food, whether they’re pursuing weight loss, enhancing their sports performance, or exploring intuitive eating practices. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed or frustrated by food choices, and my goal is to create a supportive space where we can navigate these feelings together.

My approach is all about meeting you where you are. I focus on gently nudging you forward in a non-judgmental way, making the process of change both fun and engaging. In our early sessions, we’ll explore your unique relationship with food and establish realistic, sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle. Over time, you can expect to build confidence in your food choices, cultivate a sense of peace with eating, and ultimately feel more at home in your body. One thing I can guarantee - we're going to have fun along the way!

Outside of work, I love indulging in true crime podcasts, spending time outdoors, practicing hot yoga, and savoring my iced coffee. I can't wait to meet you!
