About Me
Alicia has spent most of her life in or around a kitchen since she was a young child. From a very early age, she learned how important a great meal can be for the body and the soul.
During culinary school, Alicia focused on learning as much as she could about culturally diverse cuisines and found a passion for nourishing the body. This led her to pursue a career in dietetics so she could educate people on the best ways to nourish a body to achieve their health goals while also keeping tasty food in daily life.
Alicia works hard to focus on each individual's unique needs, likes, and dislikes to ensure that obtainable and sustainable goals can be met with whole foods that are both delicious and nutritious.
When Alicia isn't providing nutrition coaching she can be found hiking/backpacking in the Rocky Mountains, in her garden, in her kitchen, or cuddled up with a good book.
