About Me
Alina is a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping individuals discover simple, enjoyable, and sustainable ways to eat well. Her mission is to take the stress and confusion out of nutrition by making healthy living approachable and realistic for all lifestyles. She believes that you should enjoy what you eat every day, and works closely with clients to build a positive, balanced relationship with eating—free from the pressures of dieting.
Alina began her career in clinical nutrition, where she worked with a wide range of health conditions including heart disease, cancer, gastrointestinal disorders such as IBS, and healthy weight management. She then spent two years with a focus on providing kidney and diabetes care via telehealth, gaining extensive experience in chronic disease prevention and management. Alina continues to expand her knowledge with a current interest in hormone health, healing relationships with food, disordered eating, gut health, and remains dedicated to lifelong learning to better support her clients’ evolving needs as more research emerges every day.
Alina’s specialties include intuitive eating, plant-based nutrition, gut health, disease prevention, and making nutrition affordable and accessible. She is especially skilled in helping clients navigate grocery shopping on a budget, create quick and nourishing meals, and make healthy food choices at home or on the go. Her clients appreciate her practical tools—like building grocery lists together, identifying budget-friendly staples, and learning how to read nutrition labels with confidence.
Her nutrition sessions are conversational, collaborative, and fully personalized. Alina believes that every client deserves a plan that fits into their life—not the other way around. She takes time to understand your food preferences, culture, schedule, and goals so she can provide thoughtful, flexible guidance that feels doable day-to-day.
Outside of her work, Alina enjoys spending time outside, training her dog, sewing, watching movies, and trying new foods and recipes. She’s excited to partner with you on your journey to better health—without the guesswork, stress, or restriction.
