About Me

Allison has over 27 years of experience as a registered dietitian, helping countless people navigate their health journeys with confidence. Allison specializes in woman's health, focusing on mindful eating, metabolism-friendly nutrition, hormone health, weight management, and sustainable lifestyle changes that fit your unique needs. She earned her Master of Science degree in nutrition from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise physiology from the University of South Florida.

Her extensive knowledge and experience in clinical nutrition has helped many overcome health challenges. Over the years, she has learned that true, sustainable change comes from understanding the individual—not just their diet but their lifestyle, mindset, and emotional relationship with food. She believes nutrition should be simple, sustainable, and enjoyable, no rigid rules or quick fixes. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your lifestyle, whether you’re looking to improve energy, support your metabolism, or build healthier habits that last.

A little about Allison, she is passionate about helping people feel their best, but outside of work, you’ll find her cooking her favorite recipes, enjoying the outdoors, walking or biking, and traveling. She knows firsthand how busy life can get, which is why she focuses on realistic strategies that work in the long term.

She became a dietitian because she believes food is more than just fuel, t’s connection, nourishment, and empowerment. Her practice was built on the idea that small, sustainable changes can lead to lasting health and confidence. If you’re ready to take control of your nutrition in a way that feels good and works for your life, she would love to support you on your journey!
