Allison Giguere

In my 15 years as a Registered dietitian, I have continuously evolved with the changing science of nutrition. Throughout this time, I have been able to achieve and maintain my Board-certification as a specialist in obesity and weight management. I have a master’s in food science and varied background from research and clinical work to private practice and corporate wellness. This has helped contribute to my out-of-the-box approach. I do not believe in the one-size-fits-all all mentality, rather I use my knowledge of science and passion for nutrition to stay on the cutting edge of this ever-evolving field and tailor what works to the individual.
